This ia a 3 tier toolbox attached by plastic latches on each side of the boxes (4 of them). The top has a removable tray and metal latches. The middle has 2 drawers. The "track system" or "slide out" plastic drawers glided from a non ball bearing metal gliders. (hard plastic on metal) No dividers but has a notch on each side. (Don't know why) The bottom box has no lid. The second(middle) box is the lid. The bottom is big enough for 2 18v cordless drills with chargers and extra batteries; with room for a 25ft 12g extension cord. The stainless steel is VERY thin. Expect dents within a day of moving around. Good storage for my tools in one place and occasional use. It didn't tip or feels tipsy (due to the weight) when wheeling around concrete. When the boxes are separated, the latches that attached them into 3 tier sticks out so you have to be careful. Otherwise no more 3 tier. I would only recommend this for DIY around the house kind of person and storage sakes. Not for user who are into carpentry and needed to be going all the time. The material is too cheap to be traveling.
