I walk to the gym every morning and in the winter the cold air really hurts my lungs, especially after an hour workout. I have found the this worn over a Balaclava does wonders. The air feels like it is around 70 degrees or better. Now it should be noted that although this does warm the air considerably there is a down side that you are breathing a bit harder to get through all the material. Aside from this I highly recommend this item for winter wear.

Item came quicker then expected. Works wonderfully.Product is comfortable and works! Had to do a small project lot of sanding etc. Wore mask and completed the task.
