Got this to store my daughter's hair products and other random items she keeps in my backseat. Like the other reviewer, I found it really annoying that the bottom didn't attach to the seat, so just hung forward awkwardly. I used an old elastic cord (from some old fleece I think) and sewed it on to the bottom, which worked pretty well to attach it to the back of the seat. The product is fairly flimsy, and now after a year of use it doesn't look very good. Since the child has now turned 12 and taken to the front seat, I think I'm just going to get rid of it. It did do it's job, just wasn't a really high quality item.

This looks just like the picture (which is good) but I still feel like it's overpriced. I wish the description had the dimensions of each pocket because I was looking forward to having a spot to put my cylinder container of wetwipes in but it doesn't fit in any of the cylinder shaped pockets. The cylinder compartments on the left side fit an umbrella or a bottle of water but nothing larger. The larger pockets on the right hand side aren't that big either and they're too weak/flimsy to put magazines in. The organizer doesn't have any straps on the bottom to tie to the bottom of the car seat either so it just kind of hangs off of the back of the car seat (and eats up a lot of back seat space). All in all, i guess it's alright but I wish I had bought something cheaper or at least something with larger pockets and straps on the bottom. I honestly wouldn't recommend this product to a friend or anything like that.
