LED 360 Lumens FlashlightAug 19, 2010

This is the best flashlight that I have found that offers a COMBINATION of very bright 360 Lumens, light weight and sturdy case. (I dropped it 3 feet onto a hard floor and it survived undamaged). I also like the fact that it uses inexpensive C batteries which keeps the weight down and are readily available. There are more powerful flashlights but they are heavier and use rechargeable batteries. The light is very bright, way more powerful than a 4 D cell Mag flashlight and much, much lighter. The 3 choices: bright, dim and strobe are standard on the more powerful LED flashlights. I have had this flashlight for months, still using the original batteries, with no problems (except for occasionally accidentally turning on the strobe or the dim setting). Highly recommended.

i bought the 2-pack from costco. these are very bright. i can easily spot critters 350+ yds away. on a clear night, i can light up the stop sign at the end of my road that's close to 3/4 mile away. the low range setting is very useful when heavy illumination is not needed. the strobe could be useful in an emergency situation. the fact that these lights run on 'c' batteries is a plus, as opposed to the flashlights that use cr123 batteries, at around $2 each x2.

I have tried several different LED flashlights and this 2 pack is by FAR the best deal going. The beam on bright is very focased and stays in a tight beam for a very good distance. Lots of LED flashlights are better at lighting up in a floodlight type manner, however this 360 lumen flashlight maintains a very tight beam. The only downside it the 3 stage button you have to go through to get back to bright. It has a bright, dim, and strobe featrue in sequential order that you have to go through each time. Not a big deal. Overall, this is the best and brightest flashlight I have ever seen.
